The Town of Penfield is pleased to announce the launch of the Penfield CCA Aggregation program for residents and businesses. beginning in 2021. The primary goals of the program are to provide annual savings and rate stability for participating consumers.
Eligible customers will receive the opt-out letter in the mail. This letter provides important details about the program, and how you can participate.
